I recently visited Zito’s Pizza on North Tustin for my roommate’s son’s birthday party, and it was a fairly standard experience — nothing particularly bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The pizza was okay. The crust leaned a bit too doughy for my taste, and while the sauce had a mild tang, it lacked the bold flavor that makes a slice memorable. Cheese and toppings were fine — fresh enough, but the whole thing felt a bit generic. It filled the plate, but not much more than that. What Zito’s does offer is space. The place is clearly set up to accommodate large groups, especially families and kids' sports teams. There were several tables pushed together for our group, and we saw a couple of other parties happening at the same time. It’s loud, casual, and very kid-friendly — not a quiet dinner spot, but great if you’re hosting a crowd. The atmosphere is simple and clean with a no-frills, neighborhood pizza joint feel. Staff were polite and got the food out quickly, which helped with all the kids running around. Overall, Zito’s on North Tustin is a solid option for team parties, birthdays, or any casual group event. Just don’t come expecting gourmet pizza — it’s more about convenience and space than standout flavor.

I placed an order for one pizza and some garlic knots 30 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived I waited at the online pick up station for 20 minutes being ignored before finally standing in line and letting them know I was there for a pick up order. Upon letting them know I was there for a pick up order. They stated they accidentally gave it away and I had to wait for it to be remade from scratch so I waited another 30 minutes. I waited for almost an hour for an order that I pre-placed 30 minutes in advance. Not a single sorry. Good there is another location not far because this one sucks.

Horrible experience. The meatballs took 51 minutes to come out, and only after we asked where our order was did we find out it had just been sitting on the counter. Super gross. We asked to speak to the manager, but she never came out and clearly tried to avoid us. Very unprofessional and very sad. We used to eat at Zito’s all the time— not anymore. This was a clearly terrible experience and our last visit. The only bright spot was Justin, who at least tried to help, but you could tell everyone else couldn’t care less.

I recently tried Zito's Pizza and was blown away by their Barbecue Chicken pizza! What really stood out to me was the amazing cheese pull - it was so satisfying to watch and made every bite even more enjoyable. While the price may seem a bit steep at around forty dollars for a medium pizza, small salad, and drink, I must say that the quality of the food and the overall experience is well worth it. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Zito's Pizza to anyone looking for a top-notch pizza experience with high-quality ingredients and excellent service.
