We met up for lunch at Zinc. You order at the counter and find your seats outside in the large shaded patios. The food came out pretty quickly. Food was hit or miss. The Caesar salad with steak was very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The chilaquiles bowl was a miss. The salsa was on only one side of the bowl so it was a bit dry and tasteless. It looked pretty good but was pretty unimpressive after the first bite. The omelet was huge but had way too much bacon and not enough of everything else.
I had a good experience at this cafe. The food was tasty, the deli and desert selections also looked flavorful. This is a self serve style venue with outdoor seating. I enjoy the bench seating and great outdoor weather. Not disappointed for a brunch outing on a beach day. 🏖️Our table ordered the Chilaquiles Bowl, Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and the Avocado Toast. 😊
Avocado toast, some maple pecan something or another cookie + an incredible iced latte. Atmosphere really sold it for me during a quick brunch visit before the beach and it was perfect. The avocado toast was *chefs kiss* real cute. Bathroom was small but clean.
Amazing place. They are known for breakfast and lunch, but we got surprised they are now open for dinner. Live music, delicious food, reasonable prices. As always they deliver.
