One of the very few places on the Beach that I deliver on behalf of Door Dash that have the order ready upon arrival! By far the BEST omelette I've had on the Beach thus far! Only place that hasn't burnt their bacon that I've tried. They have a Patio that the locals love! Their Pasta/Salad/Fruit look very fresh. Thank you for giving me hope there are still some business that do it right in California!

I had a good experience at this cafe. The food was tasty, the deli and desert selections also looked flavorful. This is a self serve style venue with outdoor seating. I enjoy the bench seating and great outdoor weather. Not disappointed for a brunch outing on a beach day. 🏖️Our table ordered the Chilaquiles Bowl, Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and the Avocado Toast. 😊

The outdoor space is pleasant, although it's hard to find a table on flat ground. The food was just ok. Like really no flavor, which was disappointing because it looked so pretty!
Prices are in line with the location.
Overall, would not come again, especially with Rasta Taco a few doors down.

Stepped into Zinc on a whim, wanting breakfast after a roadtrip. I got The American, which was great. The eggs are scrambled with leeks, which is not something I’ve had/seen before and I sure enjoyed it. So overall, food is good.
My compliant is how very long the food took to come out! It didn’t seem particularly busy when we visited, but yet in our 1 hour stay at the restaurant we waited for the food about 40 minutes. That was unreasonable, but I’m just glad the food was at least good after all that wait.

We met up for lunch at Zinc. You order at the counter and find your seats outside in the large shaded patios. The food came out pretty quickly.
Food was hit or miss. The Caesar salad with steak was very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The chilaquiles bowl was a miss. The salsa was on only one side of the bowl so it was a bit dry and tasteless. It looked pretty good but was pretty unimpressive after the first bite.
The omelet was huge but had way too much bacon and not enough of everything else.
