⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Taste of Rome Right Here in OC! If you’re searching for exceptional pizza with real Italian soul, ZeroZero39 Pizzeria in Huntington Beach is an absolute must-visit. This place consistently earns rave reviews — and once you take your first bite, it’s easy to see why so many locals and visitors call it one of the best pizza spots in Orange County. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked Roman-style pizza sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. Their pizzas are crafted using authentic 00 flour a finely milled Italian flour that creates a crust that’s perfectly tender with just the right amount of crispiness. Every slice feels light yet satisfyingly flavorful, and the toppings are vibrant, fresh, and thoughtfully balanced.

**4.5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ Zero Zero 39 Pizzeria Huntington Beach: Solid Margherita Slice in a Prime Spot** Tucked in the bustling Pacific City outdoor mall right across from the Huntington Beach sand, **Zero Zero 39** is the perfect fast-casual pizza stop when you want a quick Neapolitan-style bite with ocean views 🍕🌊. The **convenient location** couldn’t be better—easy validated parking in the garage, steps from the pier, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up that HB sunshine. **Service was friendly**—the staff behind the counter greeted with smiles, took my order quickly, and the slice came out hot in just a few minutes even during the lunch rush. Grab-and-go vibes, but you can also dine in at the communal tables. Got a **slice of their Margherita**, and it’s a strong contender for beachside pizza. The dough has that signature soft, chewy Neapolitan center with decent char spots from the wood-fired oven. San Marzano sauce is bright and tangy, fresh basil adds herbal pop, and the mozzarella melts nicely. Reheated slices still taste fresh and hold up well. That said, deductions keep it from perfection based on my preferences. I wanted a **more crispy crust** overall—the bottom was soft but could use extra blister and crunch. The **seasoning** felt a touch light (more salt or oregano would elevate it), and I’d love **more cheese** for that classic gooey pull rather than restrained coverage. Still, Zero Zero 39 earns a solid 4.5 for delivering reliable, tasty Margherita slices in a super convenient, friendly spot. It’s not the absolute best Neapolitan in SoCal, but for a casual beach day or post-surf meal, it hits the spot every time. I’ll be back next time I’m in Huntington—just hoping for a crispier edge on my slice.

The pizzas look really great and are very appealing when they arrive, with nice toppings and a good presentation. However, they were a bit too oily for my taste, which took away from the overall enjoyment. Still decent, but could be improved by reducing the oil.

Had a little time to kill around dinner and I had heard that the pizza here was good especially the gluten-free pizza so I decided to give it a shot. Went in around 5 PM. It’s a small little restaurant with an outdoor seating and two girls working behind the counter. There was no one in line so I was able to order fairly immediately. Decided to go with a margarita gluten-free pizza and I was able to get it within about 15 minutes. It was a personal size perfect for one hungry person or two people that weren’t so hungry and I have to admit it was one of the better gluten-free pizza that I’ve ever had. I’ll have to go back and try the regular pizza to compare

Zero Zero 39 Pizzeria – Authentic Flavor, Naturally Perfect Zero Zero 39 Pizzeria in Huntington Beach is an absolute gem. Their pizza is truly something special—made with natural, high-quality ingredients that shine in every bite. The flavor is fantastic, the crust is perfectly balanced, and you can really taste the care that goes into their recipes. It’s that rare combination of rustic authenticity and gourmet execution. What really sealed the deal for me? The gluten-free mini red velvet cake. It was a stunning surprise—rich, moist, and beautifully balanced. You’d never guess it was gluten-free. It felt like the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. From the food to the atmosphere, Zero Zero 39 delivers excellence. If you’re looking for a pizzeria that respects tradition while serving up big flavor, this is it. I’ll be back again and again. I’ve had this place multiple times and they never disappoint. I would actually say that this is the best pizza on the West Coast. It’s definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Canada. I can’t emphasize the quality of the ingredients and the taste is just delightful! Update: I have now attended this location six times and every time I go into this restaurant I always come out with a smile on my face and a full belly. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. This is hands-down, my favorite pizza in North America. I have been to many pizza joints, and I drive at least an hour out of my way just to go here. Besides having excellent staff, the food, including the desserts are just exceptional. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Bravissimo! Encore! Update 2: Today, I was really feeling like a salad — something fresh, honest, and full of life. I knew exactly where to go. Zero Zero 39 doesn’t just make food — they craft it with intention. Their Caprese salad is a perfect example: vibrant tomatoes, lush basil, creamy mozzarella — simple, yes, but deeply thoughtful. You can tell they care about their ingredients, and to me, that means they’re also putting care, kindness, and good energy into every dish. That’s why I keep coming back. It’s not just about taste — it’s about spirit. There’s an Italian philosophy here — of family, of friendship, of living well and living wholesomely. Being new to America, and to California, this place has been a blessing. The owners have always made me feel welcome, like I belong. That kind of warmth isn’t something you find just anywhere, but I’ve always found it here. After traveling 1,600 miles, I can’t tell you how great it felt to have a meal that was not only delicious, but made from such pure, nourishing ingredients. Their pizza is excellent, but their salads? Their salads are like sunshine in a box. And the experience doesn’t stop with the food — they’ve even got these cool wooden keychains that link directly to their website when you scan them. It’s simple, thoughtful tech, and honestly, I love it. Overall, this isn’t just a pizzeria. It’s a little pocket of light. And today, I tasted that light — in every bite. Thank you, Zero Zero 39.
