We called white mechanical after we spoke to Aaron while he was grabbing lunch, he was kind of enough to take some time and talk to us. We informed him we just had a company out and felt like they are trying to take advantage of us. They told us the heater wouldn't last a week and could hurt us while we sleep. Aaron informed us that he was the manager of the residential department and he would send a tech over to check our system at no cost. He explained to us how the system worked and made us feel very comfortable. We can't thank him enough for doing this. When the tech JP was done, we found out that the heater was just fine and wouldn't hurt us at all. Jp took pictures along with test to show us and explained everything. We cancelled our membership with the other company and will only use white mechanical going further. We received a call from Aaron checking on us later in the day. We were shocked on how great the customer service was from the management to the tech. These days you rarely get Service like this. We will be referring Aaron and his team at white mechanical to everyone.
White Mechanical (Brent) came out for an estimate to replace my HVAC and we came to the conclusion to maintain my current system (replace in 8-10 years). I appreciated not being sold a system that I did not yet need. I added a service plan and my technician, Simon, came out to service my furnace and a/c. He was very clear to point out the issues he found and show me the evidence so I could understand his concerns. We got parts ordered and installed quickly. Simon is really friendly and helpful. We had several nice conversations and I felt comfortable with him as a person and as a competent technician. I plan to use White Mechanical in the future, and hope to have Simon out for the next maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend.
Just wanted to give a thumbs up to White Mechanical for their prompt and awesome customer service on a Friday 1/16 at 4pm. Had some scheduling conflicts that came up last minute, and their residential manager Aaron was able to shift a few techs around and still make my appointment happen. He then was able to send out "JP" (Josh Pardee), a seasoned and highly experienced technician that was able to complete my request/s, and offer options of repair at no further cost. I highly recommend the WM team for your AC/Heating and maintenance needs.
Is it OK to write a review for how great the technicians are? JP was incredibly responsive to me when our furnace wasn't working. He kept in close contact during the weekend to help get something scheduled to come out and check out what was going on with our furnace. He took the time to explain all the ins and outs with the furnace and was incredibly personable with me. Thanks a lot JP!
My technician, JP, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about doing a potential HVAC relocation. He knew what needed to be done with the complex project and was patient explaining all of the details. Highly recommend White Mechanical! That guy could teach a masterclass!
