Excellent doctor. Very, very thorough eye exam. The doctor really cares about taking time to understand my concerns. I had been very frustrated about the problems with my eyes but now I feel I am in great hands! I will certainly recommend this doctor to everyone I know!

I had the best experience from visiting the office of Dr. Kauser Sharieff’s office on Feb. 11, 2025. From my arrival to seeing the doctor, I was treated with respect & care. Dr. Sharieff answered all the questions I have & the tests she performed were all explained in a professional manner. By the way, Dr. Sharieff is an optometrist. I would have given 5 stars would it not for the appointment time I had was at 3:30 PM & I was seen after 4PM. Probably because she has two offices, one in Yorba Linda & Tustin so she was late on arrival. Not that she had many patients that day but maybe because she came from a distant place to be in Tustin.

Horrible place. Do not go there find anywhere but here. The doctor doesnt seem to know what she is doing . I waited about 20 min to be seen and another 30 after she was on a personal call which to me very u professional . Mind you I was the only patient there. My other complain is the way she examines for some reason i was seeing double when she was using her lens testing whatever thing is called i made her aware and somehow my glasses are the worst Rx ever they are suppose to be for a distance and cannot see its blurry my old glasses work better too bad they are broken also she didnt wash her hands and dared open my eyes open with her bare dirty hands after touching her damn keyboard. Ughhh complaining to insurance pls save ur self trouble dont go here at all.

I appreciate the eye exam, but I noticed a significant decrease in support and response when I expressed I’d be purchasing eyewear/contacts from somewhere else. There seemed to be some upselling with procedures not covered by insurance, and a lot was thrown at me at once considering I was only in to have my vision tested. And after reading other reviews, there’s a theme of this doctor pushing people to buy things they don’t want or don’t understand. Even the woman from glasses.com, who I ended up buying eyewear from, said she could tell from my prescription that the optometrist was trying to upsell me. I’ll be looking for care under a different optometrist.

Adrianne, the receptionist, is the most pleasant customer service person I’ve ever encountered; however, she must’ve been in on the scam!! My insurance allows a new pair of glasses every two years. Dr. Sharieff immediately recommended to inquire about a free medical contact lenses paid for by Aetna/EyeMed insurance. I arrived in her office on January 20 this year, went through a most thorough examination I’ve ever encountered and was told by Dr. Sharieff her request from my contact lenses would be sent that same day. I never received any acknowledgment from anyone. I called the office and asked if the Dr. had heard any answer from my insurance no was always the answer. In the meantime, from January through April, I was as haphazardly fitted with contacts that were worse than my 3 year old glasses with which I came on my initial visit! In my frustration, I chose another optometrist and contacted my insurance regarding the request for medical contacts by Dr. Sharieff and was informed my Aetna/EyeMed had been refused back at the end of January!!! Do not trust this business!!! My next move is to report Dr. Sharieff to the California Board of Obstetricians!
