Been here a few times. First time, a guy helped us. Possibly the owner. Was good service. Second time, blonde lady helped us. Horrible service. Ditzy. Didn't get our order right and didn't attempt to rectity it. Just walked away like oh well, oops. Third time, teenaged girl or a young 20s helped us, gave my salad to another customer and my chicken wings took about a half hour long to cook. Got chicken wings, and then asked for my salad, and she asked Hispanic lady in back about my salad and she said she gave it to another customer. Made me a new salad. Husband watched them whip it up, bare hands. I was like IDC I'm hungry. Fourth time, I sit in the parking lot and watch, and the blond haired lady was working again, eating at the chopping block, wipes chopping block down with napkin she wiped her face with, used her cell phone, wiped her hands on a rag that was hanging on the metal rack, emptied waste basket, helped a customer, cut tomatoes...all within my view. She never washed her hands or wore gloves. Hispanic lady wiped the counter down and chopping block and shook her rag over the plastic container of mozzarella cheese. And y'all eating here... Gross!!!!
Love the pizza. The problem is getting them to answer their phone to place an order. Or be open when their hours say they are open. They regularly don't answer the phone so I just walk over there to order. Not even open. Online says it's open, the sign on the door says they should be open, yet nobody is there. After a year of eating great pizza, I am done with this place. Too unreliable.
They are under new ownership and had their grand opening today. We ordered a medium pizza and the cheese bread. They both tastes so good! Their ranch also tastes good! Will be definitely returning.
Support local business at Valentino’s. Dustin makes you feel like family coming in here. I haven’t had the salads, wings, or extras like garlic cheesy bites or mini churro bites, but the fresh made hot pizza is on point. I’ve tried the slices and if they’ve sat longer than 30 mins to an hr, I personally would opt to get their fresh made pizza. Valentino’s over Dominos, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, or RoundTable all day. Valentino’s is in the cut (aka corner of strip mall) and easy to miss, but once you come in you’ll be back for more!
Its decent pizza. Crust is lack luster. Nothing great about anything. I would go as far as good pizza..suitable. I would order it again if I was hungry and lazy because its a near by spot. Better than the stuff in the area. Maybe its worth more than 3 stars.
