Please avoid any treatment from them as they want your money only, they won’t give you right advice, tell you only unnecessary expensive treatment so they can money, happened with me as I discussed my front tooth which had crack and Dr Sharifiyan advised me to have new crown and said there wasn’t any another treatment, so I spent $1k and after they put very small crown which got out within a year, when I consulted another dentist and explained her, she said they did it wrong and for minor crack it wasn’t required. And I again spent $900 for new crown which was bigger and was fixed firmly. Also they don’t care during treatment procedures.
Been here twice and no complaints about the dentists. Scheduling needs to pull it together however. My last two appointments have been cancelled the day of without notification because the dentist didn’t show up that day or was on vacation. Huge waste of my time. I even verified and confirmed the appointment through their email the day before.
It was much better than before. I had to leave and reschedule because I could not wait any longer. This was on-time and fast service. I really like my dentist and love it that my teeth are healthy and no problems.
This was one of the worst decisions I had ever made. The dentist didn't care about making me comfortable. Had a root canal and a crown. The doctor didn't even install the crown correctly which lead to loss of the tooth. .. They just don't care waste of money and over charged
Tustin Dental has a team of professionals that make you feel very comfortable about going to the dentist. I have always had high anxiety about the dentist and also I have a zero tolerance for pain. Dr. Chong is very knowledgable about how my teeth are, she always makes me feel extra comfortable and at ease about my sensitivity and always asks about what is happening in my life, this adds a building of trust and lessens my anxiety which is always comforting. :-) I feel that I receive the luxury celebrity VIP service when walking back to the dental room, the office has a beautiful expansion which is amazing.
