Bob and his team were extremely professional. They came out and inspected the issue and recommended we put in liner. They came out the next week and finished the work in a day. They were quick and communicative the whole process, making sure we were okay with how the stucco and concrete looked. If we have any more sewer issues I will definitely give them a call again.

We engaged Bob and his team at TSR for work in Santa Monica to evaluate a roughly 120-foot sewer lateral installed around 1925. The line had multiple structural issues consistent with aging infrastructure, and there was an immediate problem at the city connection that, at first glance, appeared to require excavation into city property just to correct that single section.
Excavation and full replacement were on the table. The more urgent concern was the potential need to open up the city side simply to stabilize the connection point.
Bob’s team responded quickly and approached the situation with a trenchless sewer rehabilitation strategy that fundamentally changed the outcome. Through their technical execution and specialized methods, they were able to correct the issue at the city tie-in, restore alignment across the full 120-foot run, and install a new structural liner backed by a 20-year warranty.

Almost a year ago we bought a house in Corona and our exterior drain lines (where the rain drains into and out to the curb) were backed up causing water to get into our garage from our side door every time it rained. Every time there was a chance of rain I would get anxiety worrying about if our garage was going to flood. Several months ago I paid almost $2k for a different company to hydro jet out the pipes and found out that they had really bad root intrusion and the pipe was basically falling apart. That company (not TSR Trenchless) quoted $30k to rip up our driveway and replace the drain pipes. DIY solutions were not helping the issue so I contacted TSR Trenchless and they relined our pipes (without digging up anything) before a huge storm rolled in! And the best part is they fixed our issue for less than 1/5 of the cost of the other company's quote and offered a better warranty on the work. Bob was very honest about expectations for the project and was very knowledgeable about what was needed for our situation. Our final cost was within the range of the initial quote and Bob’s team did the job in a timely manner. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner!
