I recently used True Home Heating and Air Conditioning and had an excellent experience with their technician, Edy Rodriguez. He arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my furnace. Edy clearly explained the issues and completed the necessary repairs. His conclusion was that regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance are essential. In my case, he cleared a clogged condensing drain and cleaned the oxidized flame sensor, which were the main causes of my furnace issue today plus he checked many other important things. Even if you use your heating system only a few times a year, he strongly recommends regular maintenance for both the furnace and the AC unit. Edy also replaced my supply and return air filters, inspected the outdoor AC condenser, and checked airflow throughout the entire house using a thermal detector to verify both heating and AC supply diffusers. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely request Edy for all future maintenance—he truly goes above and beyond. Before choosing True Home, I researched several other companies, including a few Carrier-certified/authorized providers. Their prices were extremely high just for a diagnostic visit, with additional high hourly labor rates ( with True home it’s a flat repair cost), and parts costs can add up quickly (most system components carry only a 5–10 year limited warranty—always register your model and serial number with the manufacturer to confirm coverage). True Home waives the diagnostic fee if you proceed with their service or repair, which is a huge benefit. Had I not done my research, I would have paid 2 to 3 times more than what I paid with True Home today.
Edgar the service tech was so helpful and very courteous. He was able to do the parts replacement well and now our aircon and heating system work perfectly.
Jose came on time , extremely professional . He communicated effectively and answered all our questions. He is the best service technician we have ever had at our house If you had more employees like Jose you would not have any competition with other HVAC service companies in the area. Edy was the technician. He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Scheduling was quick and easy. True Home's prices are also very reasonable. I will be signing up for their twice a year maintenance plan. Recommended.
