To Michael and Kim, It's been too long for Triton Air not to refund my wife's deposit. In good faith she gave your company a deposit for a mini-split installation which your technicians failed to complete. Maribel keeps jacking my wife around with excuses and we don't think it is right. It's been weeks. Please refund the deposit without delay.
I had Adrian show up today to be my air-conditioning technician. He called on his way over. He showed up on time if not early. Was professional and friendly. He even put up with my dogs, jumping on him for a few minutes. Definitely appreciate it.
Patrick came out to our house to complete our annual maintenance of our A/C and furnace today. His service was exceptional. He was on time, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was also extremely polite and respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He continued the great service and professionalism that we have come to expect from Triton and is a definite asset to their organization. We purchased our heat pump system through Costco and Triton Air was the installer. The whole team of Jose, Jared, & Steve,etc. did an excellent job for us. They were very organized and knowledgable. They had our old system out and removed in a very short time. Very efficient! The team was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. They also laid tarps throughout the house and cleaned up at the end of each work day. They thoroughly tested the system before they left to ensure everything was working properly. They also showed us how to use the system with the app, etc. All in all, it was a great experience. Thanks Guys! We highly recommend Triton Air.
