I've used these guys before and not sure why l've never left a review, but I should have. These guys are fabulous... always on time, always polite, always know what they're doing, always transparent on pricing, just good all around and how all plumbing companies should aspire to be.
I recently called because of what I thought was a leak in the main line under our backyard... this is what our landscapers thought (we called them first because we thought it was an irrigation leak), so we ended up calling another plumbing company who is great and happens to be a family friend, however, they didn't have the technology to find the leak underneath the concrete so they referred us to a leak detection company. That company never got back to me and I'm glad they didn't. I had to get someone with the technology out here... enter Jay from the passionate plumbers. He was very thorough and ultimately determined it is most likely water runoff that has settled underground and risen because of the recent rain. It will take a couple weeks to determine but he was confident enough to not do a bunch of extra things and charge us hundreds of dollars to do so. Just all around integrity from these guys. I'm hoping my issue resolves in a couple weeks but if it doesn't, I'm calling them!! Thanks Jay and Sierra!

We needed an instant hot water dispenser to be installed to replace our old one that had seen better days. We called The Passionate Plumber who was recommended to us by Capistrano Heating and Air that did an amazing job installing our new HVAC. We figured if they could recommend a plumber, they may also offer excellent service and we were right. The phone message we left was returned promptly and we were quoted an approximate price for the job which we agreed on and scheduled an appointment for two days later. Andrew came out and was able to get our new hot water dispenser installed in no time. He was courteous and kept the work area clean. If you need plumbing work done at a fair price, we would not hesitate to recommend The Passionate Plumber.

I truly trust the men, Garrett & Jay at Passionate Plumbers. I report, they respond very quickly, always on time, and through the work convey what's happening to keep you informed. If there is ever a problem they come right back and conduct an inspection to ensure client satisfaction.
I have had them do several jobs at 3 different locations. Highly recommend this trustworthy company!
