Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I revisited the Old Spaghetti Factory in Fullerton, and let's just say it's a solid 'meh'. The house staff looked frazzled, but hey, they kept it together! Food? It's OK, but Olive Garden wins my heart. Weirdly, we had TWO servers – I'm guessing one was in training... or they just really wanted to make sure we didn't escape. On the bright side, it's a fun spot for kiddos! So, if you're looking for a family-friendly vibe, OSF's got you covered. Otherwise…
Located at Fullerton railroad Station, it created a romantic atmosphere. The interior was beautiful, especially pendant lights and chairs of different shapes and colors. Of course the spaghetti tastes great. The staff is also very friendly and polite.
A great place to go on Mondays because they have Meatball Monday! The interior of the restaurant is divided into two concepts, which is fun. The garlic cheese bread, panini sandwich, Garlic Mizithra spaghetti that I tried for the first time, and meatballs were all delicious. It's a great place to have a relaxing meal!
