Working with Lori McGuire and the McGuire Team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This was my parents’ home in Laguna Niguel, CA, and it was important to me that the sale was handled thoughtfully and professionally. As an out-of-town seller, I relied heavily on the concierge services of the team, and they truly handled everything, going above and beyond. They provided great recommendations to get the home market-ready, including updates and full-house staging, and then coordinated all of the vendors. The made the entire process seamless for me.
Additionally, their marketing was outstanding, and their pricing and negotiation strategy delivered incredible results. Besides having a great family, and successful business, the next best event in your life is an experience that maximizes your profit when selling your home with minimal hassle. That is the experience we had with Sonia Aldana and the McGuire Team. Sonjia came in with a marketing plan that we went with that netted and extra $200K on the selling price with a bidding war. The entire team, that included Liz, Matt and Lori, worked together to make this experience as smooth and painless as possible. If we had questions regarding the process or from the buyers, they were answered within hours not the next day as we were expecting. :) When we needed carpet cleaners, house cleaners, etc. they had phone numbers for us within hours, and all of their companies performed beyond expectations and within the time frame we needed. If we have any other properties to sell Sonia and the McGuire Team would be our first call.
