"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an unforgettable evening at The Cellar in Fullerton! This hidden subterranean gem delivered one of the best fine dining experiences we've had in Southern California. Our waitress Shannon was absolutely amazing — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu, making our night feel extra special from start to finish.
The drinks were incredibly unique and standout, especially from the reserve menu — creative, perfectly crafted, and unlike anything we've tried elsewhere. We started with the classic Caesar salad and the melt-in-your-mouth beef carpaccio. The chef's special pasta was rich and flavorful, while the duck breast with sweet pea ravioli was an absolute masterpiece of texture and taste. We finished on a high note with the decadent chocolate toffee with ice cream dessert that was pure indulgence.
Every dish was executed with precision and packed with incredible flavor. The ambiance is romantic and timeless, the service is world-class, and the overall experience is pure magic. The Cellar is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates elevated food, creative cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. We can't wait to return! Highly, highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

This was our first time at The Cellar, and we chose it to celebrate our anniversary, such a perfect choice! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, romantic, and unique, with dim lighting and a charming underground vibe that makes the whole experience feel special.
They surprised us with a sweet anniversary dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our night even more memorable. The complimentary bread and butter were also fresh and delicious.
We started with the Bone Marrow appetizer. At first, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it, especially paired with seasonal jam, but it completely changed my perspective! It was rich, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the crostini. Just make sure to enjoy it while it’s warm.
For drinks, we had a refreshing pomegranate mocktail, and I also tried a cocktail similar to an Old Fashioned, which was perfectly balanced and smooth.
For the main course, we ordered the Cape Grim Filet Mignon and the Tenderloin Tournedos, both cooked medium exactly as we asked. The steaks were incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We also had Brussels sprouts on the side, which complemented the dishes really well.
Everything, from the food to the service and the atmosphere, was excellent. It truly felt like a full dining experience, not just a meal.
* Just remember it’s the end and under the ground of shopping center. *

What a great experience we had. 8 pm reservation and they sat us immediately. Food pacing is well spaced, drinks, appetizers, main, dessert all in their own moments to savor and enjoy before the next steps. The drinks were amazing, we'll balanced and tasted great. Appetizers were good, the carpaccio and fennel salad were fantastic, the bone marrow left something to be desired. Mains were delicious, definitely try the filet, it was exceptional. Souffle for dessert.
The decor is so cool, cave/ship vibes, which makes sense as it was designed by one of the Disney folks. The staff was friendly as heck
Highly recommend.

So cozy, so magical, so delicious. We were there on a Friday night. Had the steak sandwich and fries. For drinks we had the lychee spritzer, papaya peach drink, and dead man's party. We will be back, it's like eating at Disneyland without the big lines. There's nostalgic music playing just outside the cellar. Make an appointment!

This is a great place for dinner or late night snacks. We didn't have reservations and found seating near the bar area. The filet mignon steak sandwich with truffle fries is delicious. Perfect to share with someone. They have great mocktails too! Service was very good. Lily was helpful and friendly.
