Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
the burger tastes pretty good. However there is no lake or ocean view like shown in other review photos.
It's near a beach area so it's a typical tourist food stop. However, the food is not great. It all tasted like prepackaged food. My kids got a hot chocolate and it was $7 but you can taste and smell it was the Swiss Miss package. My egg omelette was mostly veggies and a little bit of eggs, for the price, it should be more egg. My wife's burrito was decent she said but her rice and beans were very disappointing. The beans were definitely canned. I also kept hearing a microwave door open and close with beeping. The staff is really nice but you go to a restaurant for the food and sadly, it was just not good.
We ate breakfast here and the pries were high. It would have been fine but the food was horrible. I don't remember the last time I had sua terrible breakfast. Sort of hard to make a bad omelet. Stay away!
We went for breakfast and it is great! The menu is broad, the food is delicious, the portions are large, and the nap needed afterwards is serious - especially if you’re in vacation mode like we were. Everything could use an update in and around this place in my opinion. It seems clean but it doesn’t feel fresh if that makes sense. The prices are about what you’d expect in CA. The service and food are great.
Used to be a regular stop for my family. Pretty high prices these days for food that is just okay. I actually fed my eggs to the dog; they were so dry. We only went to the Brig because it held special memories for my mom and she wanted a new mug. Even she was shocked at the food prices. We could have had a higher quality lunch elsewhere for the same amount of money. Not sure we'll be back.
