What I Ordered: Grilled Cheese Burrito Favorite Item: Grilled Cheese Burrito Taco Bell is Taco Bell — if you’ve had one, you’ve pretty much had them all. The Grilled Cheese Burrito was exactly what you’d expect: filling, cheesy, and satisfying. What really sets this Taco Bell apart, though, isn’t the food — it’s the employees. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually like eating at places that employ a lot of younger staff, but this location is different. The young people working here are squared away and professional. Every visit I’ve had has been pleasant, with consistently great customer service. You can tell there’s good leadership here, and I believe that starts with the manager, Lorena. Whatever she’s doing, it’s working. Because of the staff and service alone, this Taco Bell stands out from the rest, and I don’t mind stopping here when I’m in the area.
The lady working the drive thru today was very nice and attentive, remembered order, sauces napkins , and had a pleasant attitude. Thank you!

Grilled cheese burrito bomb. Cheesy gordita crunch toke me back still like I remember it. Made fresh. Gave us plenty of sauces! The nacho party tray is worth trying.
Ww have been coming here for 2 months now since moving to the cypress area. The lunch crew is fantastic!! The food is prepared with excellence, and they are thoughtful and kind. I often come on weekday afternoons after picking up my grandson from school, and we have our overly loud barking dog. The crew is genuinely thoughtful, kind, and understanding. The food is always exceptional! On this occasion, we came through at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday night, the employee at the drive-through needs to learn to be kind and slow down. We ordered 1 item! Instead of asking if we'd like to add something else, he said, "IS THAT IT?" Then, when we got to the window, we waited almost 10 minutes for a taco!! Then he was in such a hurry when he passed the bag the bag fell to the ground in the drive-through. taco was now the taco i ordered. It was nothing but chips and filling in a bag. Monday-Friday service gets 5 stars. The Sunday evening service deserves no stars, so I compromised and gave a 3.
