I was dreading this visit because my son is difficult and that has created bad experiences with previous dentist. We came in and he was the only patient there it was quiet and the staff and the provider started by talking to him and comforting him and it blew my mind when the provider was able to do a full assessment with no fighting and no tears at all. I have never in all of my son’s medical care seen him be so receptive to anyone else the way he was during this visit! We drove 2 hours and it was beyond worth the drive we will be staying with this office until my son ages out. Sorry can’t add a photo I didn’t ask the office if that was okay with them

Our experience at Surf city pediatrics has been amazing! From day one Emma was great about answering all my questions and concerns. Our case was a little more complex requiring sedation due to special needs and finding the right doctor was very important. I am so happy we found Dr Guijon, he’s patient and very compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone with an autistic child.

Great first dental appointment for my little 1 year old!! The office was so cute, and everyone working was so so kind! The Dr did a wonderful exam! We will definitely be back.

My kids have been going to Surf City for a few years. We love it there! Dr. Guijon and his office staff are all fantastic! Highly recommend!!
