5 stars! I am absolutely thrilled with the care my son has received at Dr. Guijon's office! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the staff. The dentist took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure my son felt comfortable and at ease. But what really sets this office apart is the kindness and patience of the entire staff. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they have a positive experience. Today was my son's first visit and he was very comfortable. We loved our previous dentist too but the front office was horrible and never explained any charges prior to the visits and never gave us a detailed explanation of our bill for any services. We switched to surf city after researching and calling 5 other pediatric dentistries near us. We ended up going to surf city dentistry because of their front office. Emma was so nice, she explained everything in detail and when she wasn't sure about a charge, she gave us an estimate. She never promised that something would be covered but would check to let us know at a later time and before our visit. We are so happy with surf city.
