Ingrid was very knowledgeable and professional and let me know exactly what my treatment would cost and answered any questions I had. Carol and Dr.Coleman were great during my dental treatment and made me feel very comfortable. I don't mind going to the dentist now that I've found this office. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Dr. Flores and her team (Ray and Ingrid) are absloute professionals with a wealth or experience and talent. I am rather jaded from past dental experinces, I was hesitant, but I am so glad I made the decision to trust Dr. Flores with my care. She is incredibly skilled, gentle and passionate about her work. She talks me though it and places me at ease. My case presented a lot of challenges and my journey isn't quite over yet, but Dr. Flores reassured me that everything was fixable and she has lead the charge in getting me back to great heath. I am very grateful for the passion and commitment Dr. Flores and her team brings to their patients everyday.
Jeff is the "pain free" surf dentist! I had a lot of work done, and it was by far the easiest and most pain free experience ever. Carol was also wonderful. Both are highly skilled and wonderful to work with. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend them!
I always have a great experience with Dr. Flores and the staff of Surf City Dentist!! Today I had a 3rd crown replaced, which looks absolutely amazing ( like the first 2) and I have now completed my Invisalign 🎉 Dr. Flores is so patient and you do not feel a shot, and I had many with her replacing those crowns! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further. You will love the staff, who treat you like family, make you laugh and make your day as soon as you walk in the door. I love them all!!
I'm very pleased with Dr Coleman DDS, Cindy the hygienist and all the staff. They all are friendly and welcoming. I had my first appointments this week and both went better than I could've hoped for. This is coming from a person that had a very bad dental experience many years ago and I really dislike having to find another one but I'm happy to say I landed at an awesome place!
