Easily the best shop to take your vehicle either for a tune up or a major repair , I have taken both my 2002 Toyota tundra and now my 2004 ford focus, both vehicles were well taken care of, and Tim in the front office is a very knowledgeable and cool guy! Very friendly and helpful, will be taking my vehicles here for all future repairs from now on

I cannot express how amazing and honest Tim was and is. I heard about Super Service of Alis Viejo, "Tim", through a friend who has been using his service for his cars, for years.
When the Air conditioning stopped working a year ago in my 2020 Hybrid Honda Accord, I took it to the Honda Dealership in Marina Del Rey and was told that what was wrong would cost me >$3100.00 for an "Evaporator leak". I brought it to Tim for a second opinion, and it was not an Evaporator leak it was Condenser leak which was half the price. Tim saved me money and the best part is he was honest! Air conditioning working well.

On June 5, 2026, I brought my car in for transmission service. There were a few communication hiccups at the beginning, but the district manager, Don, personally reached out and resolved everything quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the follow through and customer care. My car is running great now, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
