I am very Happy and Satisfied with all services done by Scott, an Excellent and Professional Technician. I found my 2013 Honda Civic ABS Brake & VSA now working smoothly, even better than previously. Both 2 Front desk, services advisors Will & Garrett are very friendly and answered customers questions quickly and make things clearly. I found the prices they charge are honestly and reasonable. I will definitely recommend all my friends & Family members to this Super Service of Aliso Viejo. Thank You Bob for your Excellent Management. Good Luck and Good Business ! The service manager - Garrett was polite and professional. They did a good job repairing the worn front end parts and aligning the front end as well as a front brake job on my 2005 Ford E-150. However, their mechanics were unable to find the cruise control issue with my van. The problem was intermittent when I brought it to Super Service and did not work at all after the mechanic tried to diagnose the problem.😞

SUPER SCAM I was quoted 1250 for a clutch job on an AWD vehicle by Garrett after helping with an informal diagnosis. Savannah called me when the transmission was out demanding another $193 to remove the flywheel and bolt on the new one I provided them. Scott and Savannah honestly told me the quote for a clutch doesn’t include removing the flywheel. What kind of incompetent shop would quote a clutch job without removing the flywheel to be resurfaced or replaced when installing a new clutch.. this is a classic Bait and Switch tactic. Another employee with a beard and dark hair then told me their boss would be in on Monday to talk to which was untrue and I only was given the option to pay their ransom or they would place a lien on my vehicle and have it sold (Savannah). They will also break your wheel studs and then want to charge you $450 for two broken studs claiming the car is un-drivable when in reality only 3/5 are Required. Since the boss was unwilling to even talk to me, I will assume this is how both locations treat their customers and would never advise anyone waste your time and money with them.

Garrett and the rest of your team were terrific as usual. They not only fixed my initial problem, but also coordinated with the smog shop to get the car smoged without me having to do it independently. Many thanks.

I had a great experience at this auto shop on Friday, July 14th. I was driving from Ventura to San Diego when I ran into some car trouble. I was worried my car might overheat so I knew I needed to see a mechanic before I continued on driving. I called this shop and was nicely greeted by Garrett who works at the front desk. I explained my situation and he was very nice and professional on the phone. I wanted to call a few more places before I decided but the other shops were not as professional as Garrett. So I called back and he put my name in line before I got to the shop. I'm glad he did because when I arrived, they got a flood of customers but I was already in line before them. They got me in within the time frame that was said at the beginning of the phone call. They diagnosed the problem but it was going to take a while because they had to order a part for my car. I had planned to get to SD around 10am which was not going to happen anymore. Even with my stroke of bad luck, the shop did everything they could to help me out, which brings me to my next point. I was thinking about leaving my car there overnight and possibly taking the train or a bus to SD. Will, another guy working at the front desk, went out of his way to look up trains/buses for me to take and also offered to drive me to the station (they have a shuttle service). Unfortunately though, there were no trains or buses going to SD that day due to mudslides. That still doesn't change the fact that Will did everything he could to help continue on my journey. It's always frustrating having car trouble, especially if you're just driving through. But I couldn't have found a better place to help me solve the problem. Not only were Garrett and Will helpful and professional, but they were just nice to talk to and it helped pass the time. The mechanic working on my car was very communicative with me and explained everything I needed to know. This place had complimentary snacks and drinks available as well. Overall, this was a great experience given my circumstance and I'm so thankful to Garrett, Will, and the mechanic for helping me out. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
