Sterling BMW and especially their so-called "BMW Genius" have given me the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I leased a BMW iX on September 7th, and they claimed to activate the Electrify America plan. When I went to use it, the charging didn’t work. So, I made an appointment and wasted time driving back to the dealership on September 21st. The BMW Genius was completely clueless—he discovered that the Electrify America contract wasn’t even downloaded to my car and admitted that he had NO idea how to fix it. He promised to call me back on September 24th, but of course, that never happened. I left him a message, and STILL nothing. It’s shocking how little this so-called “Genius” cares about customers. After the sale, it’s like you don’t exist to them. I’ve owned Lexus and Mercedes-Benz, and never have I encountered such complete incompetence and lack of professionalism. If you're thinking of dealing with Sterling BMW or relying on their BMW Genius, don’t waste your time. They don’t follow through, and they definitely don’t respect their customers.
