HA! Helly is always friendly and making sure I make it to every appointment as 99% of the time I forget till last min she’s always make sure send email, text and phone call. I’ve had much better experiences at dentists. This one in particular didn’t get my teeth Right. Loose crowns and horrible backup dentist. And the mail. Dentist “owner” is just a cash grab.
The office manager Sonya is amazingly professional and thoughtfully caring about the patients. She has helped guide my treatments more than once to a successful conclusion. Just recently, I visited the office and met the lovely Dr. Knor... She fixed my front tooth and did a beautiful job making sure it was perfect! My husbands sees Dr. J on a regular basis and is extremely happy and that is saying a lot, because my husbands isn’t usually fawn of the dentist. However, he trusts Dr.J and will never go anywhere else ! Thank you Foothill Family Dental for braces, whitening, fillings and all the cleanings — keeping our families’ pearly whites smiling!
