I hired Brian at South County Roofing for an independent inspection on a property I was considering. He was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable down to the make and manufacturer of a 2007 clay roof tile. He didn’t upsell and clearly pointed out what needed to be repaired and what could be delayed. We live on a local golf course and wanted to repair two roof leaks at the back of our house before the rainy season. Additionally, we required some concrete roof tiles to be replaced and debris cleared from the valley sections of our roof.
I contacted two highly rated local roofing companies for an inspection report and repair estimates with pictures. Both companies provided similar inspection summaries, but South Coast Roofing’s estimate was slightly less expensive. However, this was not the deciding factor in choosing them.
The other company’s inspection was postponed several times, and when the report and estimate were finally provided, they were prepared by a different person than the original inspector. My questions about the report went unanswered.
William C. from South County Roofing arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He promptly prepared the repair estimate and contract, answering all my questions clearly. Based on our interaction, we scheduled the roof repairs.
William and his crew from South County Roofing came on time and completed the repairs over several days as scheduled, despite the fires and extreme heat during that period. They cleaned up nicely each day, and William explained what had been accomplished.
Based on my recent experience, I highly recommend South County Roofing for your roofing repair needs. Communication was excellent, and the company clearly outlined the work in a written contract with easy-to-understand pictures. Thank you to William C. and his crew!
