Came here and found a hidden gem. Probably one the best Banh mi in town. I got the chicken Bahn Mi and the beef Pho and that was spectacular too. Super fresh bread really delicate taste on the Pho. A lot of love goes into the food here you can tell. Come eat here !
Food was delicious! Great service! Very welcoming and nice staff. We will come back again. Good prices!
The waiter James needs to be fired or something. he has poor waiting skills. 3 things happened during our experience at simply pho. 1 He never asked what drinks we wanted and only skipped too the food part. 2 our food wait was 10 mins and was for 5 mins after being out and our soup was very warm that my mom still had raw food. 3. My mom reported the raw meat only because the soup was warm which isn’t okay if there bloody raw meat dripping on her food. He told my mom to “Calm down”!!! how unprofessional and rude. He never gave us good service, which we always get good service by that older dude and young girl w short hair and they get tipped big! he got tipped 0 because he was rude, unprofessional and slow. he didn’t even give us dessert which people had to sadly ask. My First Time Here At Simply Pho James Was So Very Friendly Luckily not too busy at the time I had so many questions lol about menu because I hv never been to any of there 3 locations. Their Menu has so Many Delightful Dishes to choose from. I chose Ribbeye /Brisket Pho Large bowl to have Take Home for later 😊 & I chose special sauce pork Spring roll. I was so Delightfully Pleased! Very Fast Service & Most Delish. Truly The Noodles & Meats Were Perfectly Tender & Toppings Were Plenty The Broth is Delicious & for extra spice They provide several sauces & yes Housin Sauce. Very Clean Comfy Environment . I chose to dine in. James ever so often checked on Me to make sure all is good & just to chat. I’ve made a New Friend in James. He shared his pic of his Beautiful Wife & Daughter. I Definitely Recommend This Restaurant & Fountain Valley Location. I’m defineately gonna make this a Regular Place to Enjoy Amazing Food & Service. Amazing Pho, beautiful balance of flavours, we got the veggie and tofu. And the fresh tofu salad rolls. Service was high standard. The staff member was so friendly and attentive. Loved our lunch 😋
