Amazing Pho, beautiful balance of flavours, we got the veggie and tofu. And the fresh tofu salad rolls. Service was high standard. The staff member was so friendly and attentive. Loved our lunch 😋
Vegetable Pho and egg rolls were very good. First visit tonight and will try again to taste more from the menu. Fresh vegetables with beef broth. Egg rolls with lettuce wrap and dipping sauce. Service to table. Nice and clean inside. Feels new. Location used to be a Flame Broiler. I’ll go back. Yummy!
My First Time Here At Simply Pho James Was So Very Friendly Luckily not too busy at the time I had so many questions lol about menu because I hv never been to any of there 3 locations. Their Menu has so Many Delightful Dishes to choose from. I chose Ribbeye /Brisket Pho Large bowl to have Take Home for later 😊 & I chose special sauce pork Spring roll. I was so Delightfully Pleased! Very Fast Service & Most Delish. Truly The Noodles & Meats Were Perfectly Tender & Toppings Were Plenty The Broth is Delicious & for extra spice They provide several sauces & yes Housin Sauce. Very Clean Comfy Environment . I chose to dine in. James ever so often checked on Me to make sure all is good & just to chat. I’ve made a New Friend in James. He shared his pic of his Beautiful Wife & Daughter. I Definitely Recommend This Restaurant & Fountain Valley Location. I’m defineately gonna make this a Regular Place to Enjoy Amazing Food & Service. First time here, so far everything is great. Friendly service. Egg roll appetizer looks fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is good and the place is clean and fresh.
Saturday morning is best for pho (iykyk). The hospitality of this place is top tier. The server, who I assume is the owner, was generous and patient with our large group. They were doing an anniversary special which they give out free soda or Thai tea. I ordered the Dac Biet bowl which is a classic. It was very delicious, and you can’t go wrong with the price of $16. Broth was clear and flavorful, and the bowl was packed with a lot of protein. One of our friends ordered the beef bone pho. The meat fell off the bone easily, and it tasted very good. I would recommend that dish for anyone who is reading it, or I would recommend the oxtail pho. I liked the presentation of the oxtail one because they give you the oxtail in another bowl which allows you to break apart the bones or consume it how you want it. Another note is that one of our friends ordered a Com Ga Roti which we questioned why order a chicken rice dish at a pho restaurant. But it was actually really good. Venture outside of pho dishes here because they can do it all.
