The woman who helped initially was incredibly rude. I brought my son in after school for a checkin on his contacts. We were a few minutes late and she made sure to let me know her displeasure. She was also rude to my son for not having his contacts in. However he did have them in until they popped out of his eyes on our way there. The store had almost no people and I felt like I was working for her instead of me purchasing a service and a product.
The doctor and the assistance were very thorough and explain everything. David at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Entire experience went well. Was greeted by Justin when entering store. I was immediately routed to exam area. Exam tech was prompt and efficient. Next I was handed off to Dr. Lee who was also prompt, efficient and answered all my questions in a friendly yet professional manner. Dr. Lee then escorted me back to the retail area and handed me off to Justin with a brief but thorough overview of all my relevant eyeglass details. Justin was truly a pleasure. Definitely one of the most professional retail employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made me comfortable, was an excellent listener, answered my questions and in general made my visit a 10+. He is truly an asset of significance to your business.
