Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Took a group of kids this morning to Selma’s RSM for their kids field trip experience and we had a great time. All the kids really enjoyed getting to see the kitchen and making their own pizzas. The parents that attended really enjoyed watching the kids do this activity and agreed we would maybe like to do it yearly. A special thank you to Avery who took care of the kids tour and all their needs during the field trip.
Our 1st visit. I searched for a great place to find Chicago deep dish pizza. The food was quick and delicious, and the portions were very generous. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a date with the husband. ❤️
I hadn't been to a Selmas in years. Though they are one of my favorite pizza places....(I try to stay away from cheese...) But dropped by for a beer and some of their potato chips w/ chipotle ranch. Great beer selection, and love that spicy ranch. And they have my wife's favorite seltzer....Brewery X Huckleberry. Sat on the patio which was nice, airy, and with good light. Very relaxing. I won't be waiting a few more years for my next visit.
Selma’s is always top notch, I’ve been frequenting Selma’s on a regular basis over the last year, and consistently receive fantastic service from their lively and knowledgeable staff. Beer selection is always on point, and pizza equally as good, being hot and with fresh ingredients. Always look forward to dinners and family nights out here!
$4 beer, $4 soup and a $14 Calzone with 2 toppings. I really liked the Honey Blonde House Brew and the soup was very good - with the exception that it should be served with some type of bread. The bar tender asked me right away if I wanted a dinner roll and after the first was done I asked for another which was not an issue. Overall the place has a great atmosphere, low playing current and past rock music from various time periods. The tables are clean, the people are friendly, the waiters, servers and hosts are on point and I will be back. Unless my Calzone fails, they earned 4 stars. They lost 1 point because I was asked to wait for the manager to place my order at the restaurant and they never came. When I walked over to the bar, they gave me service right away.
