Sad to say because I really want to support a local shop, but the sandwiches didn't live up to the price. I got the combination/special, the pate was good but there's really barely any meat. The pork was even less meat, and wasn't too much of a fan of the flavor. Im not a big meat eater, but this is not it. I will give it to them, their customer service is great which is why I'm giving them a 3 star to average out from the food.
Employee/owner was amazing! He offered great recommendations right away as well as suggestions for our toddler to eat. While we waited, he brought out complementary drinks for all 3 of us, as well as a cookie decorating kit to keep our toddler entertained for free! When he brought our sandwiches out, he also brought us free refills of the jasmine tea he first gave us! Along with our sandwiches, he gave us a bag of apples, mini bananas, a box of cookies, and as we were leaving, 2 boxes of wafer cookies for FREE. This place is more than generous, they have an extremely kind and friendly attitude, and we’ll be back if we’re ever in the area again!
Located in a small business plaza across Cypress College, this family-owned, modest local spot will satisfy your hunger! There are plenty of menu options from Bahn mi, traditional sandwiches, soups, and more! There are also snacks and drinks to grab at any time of the day. This shop is mainly take-out, so indoor or patio dining is currently unavailable. I usually order the Bahn Mi sandwiches and sometimes the croissant sandwiches, which all have fresh ingredients. The prices are reasonable, the food is satisfying and filling, and you can add more veggies, protein, or other toppings to the sandwiches. I appreciate the complimentary iced tea and snack bag with each order! The staff is friendly and quickly prepares orders. The kind gentlemen will bring your orders if you're waiting in the car. I haven't been disappointed with any of the food. Happy to support local!
Atmosphere, service, and food was extraordinary pass beyond my expectations, if you want real food stop by here owner was very nice and gave us complimentary popcorn for the wait. first time here and coming back for more.
As a long time customer, I’m shocked it’s taken me this long to write this review. I’ve been going to Sandwich House since they opened and I was taking some classes over at the local college. They’ve changed so much over the years but the food and the service continues to be top notch! I was bummed to learn that they are strictly to-go orders only because the owners are the sweetest and elevated the experience of coming here since the start. Even though they can only do to-go orders, they still continue to provide the very best level of service and food. If you are looking to support a local business, I high recommend this spot! Best sandwiches and pho in town!
