The Invisalign process has been smooth and easy to follow, they really take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable each step of the way. The waiting area is serene and welcoming, with complimentary refreshments and coffee that make the visit feel more like a relaxing appointment than a typical dental visit. One moment that really stood out was when my daughter was having a tough time during her cleaning, the staff was so kind and attentive, even offering her a blanket to help her feel more at ease. It was my first time at coastal dental due to an emergency. I called them at 8 AM and they made an appointment for me at 10 AM.. When I walked into the reception area, I knew I made the right decision going there. There were three employees working behind the reception desk, and they all turned around and smiled and said hello. I barely had a chance to sit down and the physicians assistant by the name of Karen took me back to the room, and she was just as pleasant as the other three that I met earlier She took x-rays and the doctor came in shortly after and thoroughly explained all the possibilities of what could be causing my pain. I have never been to a dentist office that everyone was so friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you, coastal dental!
