Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I’m not sure how I feel about this spot, I was excited to try it but somewhat disappointed with the food, it seemed too greasy for my taste, I guess it’s good if you trying to fill up your tummy. The service is ok, staff is nice but some of the crew members have some attitude.
Best Carne Asada in Socal! I love this place for the food and for their super nice manager. I’m not sure if he is an owner or just worker. But he treat every customer as his own guest at his house. Food is always amazing! I love that they offer wide variety of Madina’s food and every time we go there we can try smthing new.
No atmosphere but good hearty meals, we had the huevos rancheros they came with for corn tortillas, not the thin ones that split but thick well prepared and piping hot. They have a salsa bar with a complete complement of accoutrements from mild to habanero hot, pickled carrots and jalapenos, whole Serrano peppers and fresh limes. Huge dining area and we're usually the only ones eating in, lots of drive through customers though. Very sterile dining area but everything was clean and neat and tidy... Will definitely go back great value for money.
This gem of a restaurant has an extensive menu. The food is delicious and authentic. Salsas and condiments are prepared in house. I highly recommend this establishment!
Disappointed with my meal. Always eager to try a new to me place and always eager for fish tacos. Big fat two fish taco combo with rice and beans. However thick and generous the fish was, it was severely overcooked and dry. Even what little sauce there way could regenerate dried out fish. Hard outside and non flaky inside. Disappointed. Not sure about trying the other carne.
