Well, this pizza was definitely filling well I’ve been lucky enough to try a new place actually in some cases two new places a day but I found this place really nice. I enjoyed sitting in the 50s style diner seating area. The pizza was fresh filling and I had to tell you, they have the best cheese I’ve ever tasted in my life but if you want a pizza that fills you up go for the small, which is eight slices but I’m telling you right now if you get the large, be sure to bring three extra people because they will fill you up they offer sandwiches here. One of these is the Italian sausage and cheese. They will bring it out to your table. You can enjoy sports or any program on the TV and I’m gonna tell you the build your own menu is really amazing but I had to have a pepperoni and sausage… When you get here stop and check out the sign there are three lunch specials supposed daily and they’re delicious.!
Rubino's has the BEST gluten free pizza in town! We love it here. Although they don't have a dedicated gluten free facility, they understand gluten allergy and most importantly, we have never gotten sick. Thank you Rubinos for being accommodating and for bringing pizza night to our family again!
From my earliest days as a teenager in Irvine during the 80's I have been a long time loyal customer of the Rubino's restaurants. I only just recently discovered that THIS is the one and only remaining location of the Rubino's pizza empire from the 80's-90's!! It's awesome and amazing to see such an incredible institution STILL thriving today!! To see the other reviews and read about the continuing appreciation by so many people to this day is a testament to the quality and service of Rubino's pizza. Myself, I have been, and will continue to be a huge fan and supporter of Rubino's and look forward to my next slice of heaven!! 🙏😇❤️❤️❤️ UPDATE: I went back and discovered how magical the pizza is after alllll these years!!! Same deliciously light and crunchy crust, with a pillowy doughy chewy end crust that is begging for dipping into ranch dressing. The toppings are fresh and delicious but the cheese is incredible!! So frickin good. Truly a testament to maintaining the best quality ingredients and baking practices!! This pizza is definitely my number one place and will continue to be my number one favorite pizza place!!
Pizza was decent. The crust was crispy and not soggy at all. We got a jalapeno, anchovy, and sausage pizza. Not spectacular flavor-wise. The owner is nice. Great to support a family business.
Local Mission Viejo Pizza place with great tasting pizza. Not too thin and not to thick, it had a perfect amount of cheese and healthy amount of marinara sauce which I like. First time here and really enjoyed the large hot pizza with Jalapeños.
