I really hate to say it, but this place will no longer be on my list. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and have many memories here. The quality has gotten to the point of where this place isn’t even good. The pizza dough has no flavor, the sauce is overwhelming and the cheese tastes cheap. The service is absolutely awful. The owner was super nice and resolved all the issues we had, but bottom line, it’s just not worth coming here. Round Table used to have so much flavor. They’ve officially lost me and my whole family. We won’t be back unfortunately.
I have been to this round many times and I don't even live in San Clemente! Their pizza is fantastic and the salad bar is always fresh, always clean, and there is always a good variety to choose from. The girl behind the counter, I really wish I knew her name, is absolutely amazing though! She is always so friendly and so helpful. The food is excellent, the prices are great and the service is spectacular! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good pizza!
My favorite pizza place! I’ve been coming here for years. The pizza and wings are amazing! The owner is also very sweet and always makes sure everything is great!
I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 25 years. Today I got hung up on by Gigi, the owner for asking for the same thing I’ve asked, a simple substitution of toppings. She hung up on me and stated she had five customers in front of her. I was driving to the location while I was on the call and just happened to stop by about one minute later to make sure she understood my order. The entire restaurant was empty. The five customers thing was a lie. I feel for small businesses as a small business owner myself. But if you don’t take care of your regulars you won’t stay in business for long. She insisted on charging me $4 for pineapple and I refused. This will be the last time I order from here, as much as I like Round Table Pizza. There’s a reason why it’s dying out. The food is generally good, the service has always been garbage (especially the owner). I feel sorry for her staff and I feel bad that this small business owner has forgotten her fundamentals.
Ordered delivery and pizza was overcooked and dry. The wings also were dry. Called the place and spoke with Gigi who said that I didn’t order from them. When I told her I did, she yelled saying I didn’t. So I hung up.
