Called in my order for a pepperoni pizza, when I went to pick it up 30 mins later and asked about my order, it seemed that the lady (I think owner) did not write it down or that she wrote down a pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was already in the oven (seemed like it was for someone else’s order so was confusing). They then prepared and cooked the pizza but came out like this. The crust didn’t even taste like RT’s normal crust (see pic) which was odd. Ended up sitting at the restaurant waiting for my pizza for an additional 20-25 mins as they cooked it. The whole process was not what i typically xp. at RT locations and looks like from other comments that this is a recurring issue with the owner.

No ice for soda. No air conditioning. Pizza sauce was way too spicy. Asked for a refund and was yelled at by manager (owner?) "No refund! The sauce is what makes Round Table famous." Well, I'm sorry! We are on vacation and never been to a Round Table. How are we supposed to know. Our entire party had burning mouths and no ice in our drinks, and we're on our way to get frozen yogurt to calm the heartburn. Only redeeming item was the garlic parmesan twists.

I love Round Table Pizza but unfortunately my local franchise is terrible. Ordered an Italian garlic with mushrooms on half and received a cheese pizza with half mushrooms. Called it in and the first person who answered the phone was nice, he transfered me to the manager who grabbed the phone, stated they would remake it and rudely hung up. Delivery guy showed back up with....the same wrong pizza. When I called back the person who picked up apologized but said I would have to call back later. I asked to speak with the manager but was told she refused to come to the phone and there was nothing he could do. Not my first disappointment with this location but at this point I will never come back. The owner/manager should not work with the public.

While not always busy, the boss lady is always sweet and has customer service that makes me feel at home.
The pizza is great tasting generally and you can customize it to your liking so there is something for everyone when it comes to their pizza
I've been coming since I was a kid playing baseball so the atmosphere has always been triumphant and again homey. As the place just like ballpark retains its 2000s charm with maximalists style, and classic arcade and candy games.
If your tastes aren't harsh and your not looking for fine dining but rather a laid back surf town American pizza place, this one's the one to go to.

Very unprofessional place. We ordered from this place and we payed for a salad and we confronted the DoorDash driver about the salad not being in the bag he gave us, and he told us this establishment did not provide the salad. I called this restaurant to try to get this problem fixed and they ultimately said it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. A women named Judy Albl answered the phone and did absolutely nothing to help us. She hung up the phone with us. One of the most unprofessional disgusting experiences I've ever had with people in customer service. If you can find another spot to get pizza do it.
