I ordered my birthday cake from Rockwell Bakery, and they did an amazing job. They were quick, professional, and made exactly what I asked for. The whole process was easy, and they really delivered on what I had in mind. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great, and it made my birthday even more special. It’s clear they care about getting things right for their customers. Highly recommend them if you need a custom cake — they’re reliable and do great work.
The experience overall was ok. I would try it one more time, but was not wowed. They serve breakfast all day, so I got the corned beef hash, eggs, and hash-browns. It was fine. Nothing special. And bland overall. Hot sauce was necessary. My friend got the ahi salad. The tuna was very dry and tough
I love their brioche cinnamon roll! Best cinnamon roll ever! I had gotten the chilaquiles which was also very tasty.
Stood at hostess stand wanting a table for 6 minutes while seemingly drunk bartender turned around to look at me, then proceeded to ignore me while she talked to a couple sitting down about car maintenance for an uncomfortably long time. A waitress passed me twice with an unhappy look on her face without acknowledging me. I had previously waited outside on the patio for someone to notice me with my dog for ten minutes?! Both doors were open and patio was well lit. Left without anyone helping me. Super weird. Took a photo after I left just so I could show the owner who was standing in proximity of the hostess stand while not acknowledging me. I was already outside the restaurant when I took photo, still shocked. They lost a customer for a reason that is unfortunate. All anyone had to do was say something. Only 4 tables were seated so it wasn’t like they were slammed. 2 bartenders and 2 waiters appeared to be working.
Just stopped in for a quick drink while showing my Mom who is new the area and came upon this great little Cafe Bakery & Bar. Mom had a coffee & lemon square while I enjoyed a Long Island Iced Tea & iced Oatmeal cookie. Great service atmosphere & terrific treats. I look forward to coming back for a real meal as everything on the menu looks wonderful & reasonable! Just FYI, there is a great Cars n Coffee crowd on Saturdays too 9-11. Enjoy!
