Riip Pizza & Brewery is one of my go-to spots. The burrata Hot Honey Detroit-style pizza is my favorite and never disappoints. The Brussels sprouts are a must, and the antipasto salad is always fresh and solid. Also have to mention the homemade ranch—it’s next level. Great food every time.
We got the Utah deep dish. It was so good. We also got a Ceasers Salad (recommendation from previous review), and it was so worth it. Two people can eat from the salad, and the dressing is homemade 🤤. We also got the Truffle Fries, and they were so crispy! Would definitely come back again!
Pizza had fun flavors with the option of thin or Detroit crust. Had both and the crust was a little too hard for our taste. Buffalo wings were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside & tender in the middle...Buffalo was pretty hot for me, even with blue cheese. Wedge salad was delish & would highly recommend the truffle fries 🔥
This place lives up to the hype. Delicious pizza and salad. Service was very attentive and quick, even during a very busy time. Only critique is we ordered a pitcher of beer and it wasn’t cold enough. Granted we went on a very hot day.
I don’t give many places 5 stars but this one deserves it. We got a whole Stay Loose and a slice of the Fiin’n to Fire and both were exceptional. I hate pineapple on pizza but combined with the other toppings it was salty, sweet, crispy and spicy when you add the house made hot sauce. The hazy IPA was one of the better ones I’ve ever had. We’ll be back.
