I highly recommend Reza for any real estate related work!
I had worked with two real estate agents before being introduced to Reza and I wasn't able to close on many homes that I was interested in . Reza made my home-shopping experience so much more enjoyable in a timely manner. Personally, I am very picky on certain features of a home, I really admire Reza's patience with me through the process. He was always responsive to my questions/concerns on the homes we looked at, he is very polite and considerate, is very smart, and knows the Orange County area and various neighborhoods very well.
Most importantly, I never felt rushed or pushed towards buying or putting an offer on a home through the entire process. This is something that a lot of agents do when they spend a few weeks with you and just want to make a deal happen. As Reza always said "We will only buy the best home Mandro Jaan, not just a home," and I believe we really accomplished this at the end.
