Reunion Kitchen + Drink continues to deliver the kind of experience that keeps us coming back, consistent, generous, and genuinely thoughtful across the board. Every time we visit, the food feels dialed in and the service meets it with real attentiveness, the kind that makes dining with kids feel easy instead of complicated. Azael was thoughtful all throughout and even brought us fresh towels at the end when he saw my finger is feeling sticky from the delicious butter cake.
We went all in on our usual mix and a few new favorites. The Caesar with salmon stood out immediately, not just for how well balanced and anchovy-forward the dressing is, but for the portion, the salmon was easily close to 10 ounces, perfectly cooked, tender, and clean. We also ordered a simple salmon plate for the kids with grilled vegetables and sauce on the side, which was executed just as thoughtfully, great quality, no shortcuts. The bacon cheddar ranch salad with chicken was hearty and satisfying, layered with flavor but still fresh. And for our older daughter, the crispy bruschetta pasta with blackened chicken was a hit, rich, slightly smoky, and comforting without feeling heavy.
We ended with the warm butter cake, which is exactly what you want it to be, soft, rich, and just indulgent enough to close out the meal on a high note. It’s the kind of dessert that disappears quickly and makes you wish you ordered a second.

Great overall experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is upscale, casual, comfortable, non pretentious, with music playing at an appropriate volume. The service was great. Attentive without being overbearing and the hot towels are a nice touch. The food was great. We had bacon wrapped jalapeños, devil eggs, Rosemary's chicken and biscuits, chicken pot pie, buttercake, and the brownie sundae (oink, I know, especially for 2 people). The highlights of the meal were the bacon wrapped jalapeños, chicken and biscuits, and the butter cake. The sausage gravy that comes with the chicken and biscuits was amazing. Creamy, thick, and with just the right amount of heat. The portion size of everything was beyond my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this place to locals and tourists who are looking for a unique experience of American comfort food. Plus, they have free parking, which is hard to find in Laguna. Definitely worth a return trip.

We stopped here since it was near our hotel. I had Rosemary's Chicken and Biscuits, which was excellent. It really didn't need the biscuit. The chicken was crispy, even with the gravy on it. It was served with mashed potatoes and grilled mixed veggies. My son got the French Onion Baked Penne and he really enjoyed that. Our server was friendly and so was the hostess. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant, but it was later on a Sunday evening. We were actually able to chat and hear each other, unlike a few other places we've been in Laguna Beach. Prices were very reasonable. I would totally dine here again.

Amazing food and very nice waitstaff!! The quantities were really huge and we have so many left overs. Delicious food, and very well prepared. The servers were very nice they just were a bit rushed/short in their service but can’t complain much as they met all our needs! Only other complaint was it was so dark where we were eating we had to turn on flashlights to see our food lol. But aside from that, the food was so good it was still 5 stars all around.
