Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
2nd time visiting with good friends so it’s hard not to rate highly. This time I went a little light - soup and salad. Yeah right. Even a cup of chili is loaded with flavor and very filling. The chili has a bit of Chile Colorado look but this is not Mexican it’s totally chuckwagon cowboy goodness. The blue cheese wedge was tasty and crisp. So did we leave room for dessert ? Of course we couldn’t pass the whiskey bread pudding. Super delish. We had to walk off the meal, which is the benefit of being on Birch St. Just love that area. Now about service. It was noticeably slow. The place was not too busy so we couldn’t figure out why we had to repeatedly Flagg our server’s attention.
First time visit at Reunion Kitchen. Great atmosphere. Perfect to go with a bunch of friends or a lunch date or date night. Service was also great. Matt was our server and he was very friendly and professional. The food was exceptional. We started off with the Brussels sprouts and avocado watermelon wontons, the wontons are a MUST TRY! Brussels sprouts were delicious and that’s coming from someone who is not a fan of that vegetable..lol..I got the OC sourdough burger with the warmed potato salad, and yes that too was tasty. Hubby got the meatloaf sandwich and loved it! For sure we will visit again for a dinner date to try the entree’s. We left full and satisfied with leftovers so it’s definitely worth the fair pricing. If there was a negative to our visit it would be the amount of ice in my cucumber drink I ordered. Next time I’ll order that with little to no ice to get more drink for my money. But overall a great experience and meal.
For starters no wait on a Sunday evening. Oneof the best food n Drink experiences I've had in a long time. Cocktails were delicious. The peach bourbon smash was very tasty and the Ruby Red Martini was good very grapefruit forward. Deviled Eggs, Riblets and Coconut Shrimp all highly recommended. I feel really bad I cannot remember my servers name but she was very pleasant and attentive. I will most definitely Be back.
We are regular at Anaheim Hills Reunion. First time trying Brea Reunion and loved it!! It’s a beautiful brand new boujee restaurant. Very modern nice decor. Food and drink quality was excellent! Staff are super nice! The only recommendation I have for staff; give customers some privacy. Don’t rush them to finish. It’s common courtesy to let people savor their food, chat and enjoy their time.
Brea, you're so lucky to have Reunion Kitchen in your city. Expect consistency every time you dine. We love RKD in Anaheim, so we tried this new location and I'm pleased to say that it's the same great quality! FOOD and DRINKS were AMAZING!!! -Crispy Fried Calamari- Thick strips of breaded and fried calamari with slaw on the side. -Loaded Deviled Eggs- Piled high. So satisfying! -Steak and Potato Salad- My go-to order! Steam was cooked to my liking. Soft and tender. Potato salad is so addicting and the green salad has huge chunks of avocado!!! -Tequila Lime Shrimp- Huge, succulent shrimp is a flavorful spicy sauce. So good! -Warm Butter Cake - The best thing dessert in town! -Bob's Hot Fudge Cake - Generous portion. Chocolatey, fudgy and delicious! -Gimmer Butterflies - A pretty and refreshing girly drink. So yummy! -Vanilla Old-Fashioned - El Hubby's favorite! He said it's one of the best Old-Fashioned he's had in OC. Food came in a reasonable time despite being busy on a Thursday afternoon. Service was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is modern yet warm and classy. TIP: Plenty of parking in the back or the parking structure across the street!
