I’m at John Wayne Airport. I’ve never eaten at a Qdoba but it seemed appealing. I ordered nachos and, at first, I just thought the chips were stale. Instead, I realized that they were horribly burned. Considering my meal was $21 for a Coke and nachos, the chips should , at least, be decent. There is no excuse for using clearly burned chips. I fly out of this airport relatively often and I would hesitate to give my business to Qdoba again.

Brown lettuce and chicken had no flavor. So expensive and such a waste. Staff were helpful.

Qdoba is one of the worst Mexican chains in existence. It's telling that the closest public Qdoba to me in San Diego is 2 hours away here at Chapman College in Orange County. Despite being headquartered in San Diego, Qdoba knows they can't operate there. The tacos and burritos here are pure trash.

QDOBA Mexican Eats was a letdown. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The portions were also small for the price. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. The restaurant was not very clean, and the overall ambiance was not inviting. I won't be returning to QDOBA and would suggest trying other Mexican restaurants in the area that offer better food and service.

Sadly this location (Chapman Student Center) is not at the same standard of Qdoba in Colorado. The food was not as fresh as Qdoba in other states to the degree that I would recommend Chipotle as a better alternative
