Rented a fishing kayak here with my buddy and had a great time. The staff was friendly and made the process quick and easy so we were out on the water in no time. The equipment was in great condition and the location is perfect since launching right out of Dana Point Harbor made it simple to get going. It was an awesome experience overall and I’d definitely come back here again for another trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun day on the water.
The sign by the equipment says…”Welcome FUNSEEKERS” and that is exactly what this was! The people who work here are so awesome! Kevin helped us get on our jet skis he is rad and we loved the lady who was helping us inside they are great! They treated us like they had known us as locals so respectful and welcoming. 10/10 we are definitely coming back again and again! Jet skis were in awesome shape and worked perfectly! We saw sea lions and dolphins and had a blast!
Can't say enough about Pure Watersports in Dana Point. We rented a double kayak for a friend's birthday and the experience was incredible. From the ease of parking to the friendly and helpful staff, this company it top notch. The Dana Point harbor is calm and pretty and perfect for beginner paddlers and up. For all your kayak needs, look no further because Pure Watersports is the best!
This was our first time renting from Pure Watersports, and we chose to rent paddleboards. The staff was really friendly and nice, creating a great atmosphere! The boards were ready to go right on the dock, which was super convenient. We got to see sea lions while swimming and relaxing—it was a really chill experience, and we loved it!
Donovan was super helpful and friendly. The transition was easy and we felt safe and secure. He explained everything very well. We will definitely come back.
