I was referred to Pro Auto by a friend for a brake replacement. Initially, I was quoted between $400–$450 and was told they would use original Mercedes parts. However, when the work was completed, I was charged $899.
When I questioned the price difference, I was told that the brake cost had increased to over $600, and the remaining amount was for an oil change and smog test. This was never clearly communicated to me beforehand, and I did not receive proper approval for the significant price increase.
Unfortunately, this lack of transparency was very disappointing. I would not recommend this shop due to the unexpected charges and poor communication regarding pricing.

Hamid and Hadi are professional, kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been using their services for over 20 years. They are honest, would never rip you off and can fix anything.
