The place is absolutely tiny. I was hoping to enjoy my meal there but had to improvise. The pizza was good overall. I enjoyed the thicker square pizza over their new york thin slice. I got the naughty slice, spicy slice, and one of their most popular new york ones. Definitely good for pizza but I'd order delivery. It is a pain to get in and out of there and it's tiny and really cramped inside.

4.6 stars This pizza joint is located in such a nice location. It is easy to deliver from here online (comes in less than an hour) through their official page and website. Honestly, I have been trying to avoid using delivery apps like Doordash & Uber Eats due to the price gouging and additional insane fees. The pizza is honestly the best in Newport Beach. It always hits the spot. I normally get the "Mercer Margherita" and "the LITTLE PRINCE." So so good!!

When you look at the pizza you know u want it!l Sometimes presentation means a lot and they nailed it. Got the naughty slice and it's delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful and the employees are kind . So kind you can tell they like working there showing how much management cares through them. Will come again and a recommended if you need a quick slice

So this is the best pizza you’re gonna find for miles! Just make sure to order out darlings ✨ Beyond delicious, true to NY form, and you’ll want to come back to try every single one- thank you Prince St for coming to Costa Mesa!!! My smug, blissed out pizza mug as evidence 😂 But really- doesn’t get any yummier than this!

Plenty of options at Prince street pizza, and all of them look and smell great. The prices are good as well. Two slices for about $15 for high quality pizza is a good deal. Two can get you full easily too. My picks this time were the the naughty pie and sunset pizza. Both had hints of sweetness and spicy in them but different tastes. I liked the sunset pizza a little bit more. I generally love meat pause but the sunset’s texture and consistency made it for me. Next time I’d like to try the thinner style. Detroit style pizza trumps all but I want to see how the thin New York style would taste like.
