After I struck debris on the freeway, causing some major damage to the front bumper, quarter panel and passenger door, my vehicle had extensive damage Graham. The manager took wonderful care of me updated me every step of the way fixed the vehicle perfectly with no issues I could not be happier with the attention to detail And the professionalism and follow up from Graham. I was referred to Precision Auto Collision and I am grateful that I was! My bumper had sustained injuries to its finish and its sensor and ultimately needed replaced. I felt right away that I would be in good hands because of the staff that helped me. Scott wrote up the invoice and updated me several times over the course of my car’s repair. Sheryl, the office manager, made everything flow and easy for me. Juan was very helpful with all round car knowledge and care . After less than a week I got my car back and it looked amazing. I stopped by the office the next day to get my sensors calibrated and Graham took care of that for me immediately. I am from a background of mechanics in my family, and I recognize the quality of the service I received, and I thank Precision Auto Collision for that. I highly recommend them!
Man where do I even begin! First off my car was damaged by an express car was that ripped off my roof rack. Took it in and withing minutes Jody had taken pictures and marked off every single area where the car was damaged. Dropping the car off was a breeze. After leaving my vehicle Jody called to keep me updated on the process and man am I ecstatic with the results. Jody and his crew know what they're doing hands down. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. The even detailed my vehicle for me which I never expected and I have to say I will never go to another body shop after this experience. I posted a couple of before and after shots. If you ever need a place to go and are second guessing this place, don't! They will do the job right the first time, and you'll be happy you went!
