I had such a fantastic experience at this post office thanks to a truly outstanding young man named Mohammed. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help me ship out my package, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Mohammed was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to double-check everything, ensured my package was secure, and even offered helpful advice to make sure it arrived on time. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping others. This level of service is something you don’t see every day, and it absolutely made my day better. The post office is lucky to have him—thank you, Mohammed, for your kindness and excellent service!
Great experiences here! Over the course of a few weeks, needed a few international matters dealt with, including: -Digital UK passport photo -Document shipment to UK (went with DHL) -Personal item shipment to Australia (went with USPS) Each time, the team here was friendly and helped me ensure everything was set up correctly - was also great to be able to compare shipment rates across services. Would strongly recommend for international passport photos or shipping.
Cheerful friendly staff and no line when I went a little after 5pm last Wednesday. Had three packages I needed delivered by Sunday (Mother's Day) and asked the clerk for whatever rate/carrier he recommended with the instruction that the packages just needed to arrive by that Sunday. Paid for 2-day shipping for each (about $50 total) and it's now Monday and 0/3 have been delivered. Very disappointing. Not sure what happened but I don't think I'll be trusting them again with packages that need a timely delivery.
Dexter is amazing!! Been going to him now for about 3 months and every time I walk in big smile on his face and always so welcoming! Don’t even bother going to UPS or normal post office. His service is amazing and he goes above and beyond to assist. UPS will charge you to tape close your package. Here they do it for you complementary and with no attitude. They are so happy to help and assist. I’ll never go anywhere else to drop off any packages!
I wanted to say a few things about this store…which are LONG OVERDUE. Every time I arrive they always greet me and my child like family! Whenever I need to mail something off or need a box 📦 they immediately help me modify and find the best size for my needs plus look up the best rates for me thru different carriers! I can also find gifts inside this location to mail along with my packages! I can’t stress enough on what life savers they are!!! Especially Emad, he is such a wonderful person to deal with!!! THANK YOU!!!!
