Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
As a board member of my HOA community I took on the task to find a reliable, honest, and conscience HVAC company to update and replace our much dated HVAC units throughout our community. I found it at Phoenix A&H company. Family owned, pride of ownership, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Each unit they were punctual, clean, and showed efficient professional work standards. Even if you’re interested in only maintenance, or converting out a single family home unit, this is the company you want to choose!
A friend of mine (in another state) owns his own heating and cooling business was essential in providing my family guidance as we navigated the very competitive landscape in choosing a new system to replace our dead system upstairs. My friend's first suggestion was that we did not need all the bells and whistles that a lot of the latest systems provided and to go for simple but quality such as American Standard. We took our time and requested proposals and had many inspectors come through to provide a formal assessment and quote. In the end, we negotiated with Phoenix Air who we found as always honest and upfront from the beginning. Their prices were not the lowest nor the highest, but by then, we knew exactly what we were getting and we even found ourselves with an upgraded unit along with the 0% financing for over a year (which is essential for us). Since we have 2 units (one on each of the floors in our residence), I intend on replacing the downstairs unit with the same make/model after I finish paying off this first one and we will for sure leverage the research we already have done and use Phoenix Air. Good luck to those in the same situation.
Absolutely awesome! One phone call and they were out in an hr! We had an issue with our nest thermostat battery dying and the tech from Phoenix Air fixed it in no time flat, it was wired incorrectly. While he was here he took a look at our filter and said it was time to change it, when I said we had some he changed it for me, tested everything and was out. It was the best AC/Heating service call I have ever experienced hands down. From scheduling to the service call it was great. If you need help with your system, make the call to Phoenix AC and you will be glad you did!
We recently purchased a home and due to the way a new AC system was installed by a prior owner, it was incredibly loud. Phoenix was willing to do the work when other companies were not. Zach took the time to really understand the problem and provide a fair estimate. I had several other companies come and look at my system, but after meeting with Zach I felt confident Phoenix was the right choice. Ian went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied when installing the system. Overall, the work was not cheap, but done well and done right.
There is no such thing as 100% perfect installation record! Lets be realistic, stuff happens! Sometimes the expensive unit you got had a bug, or maybe a manufacturing issue. It happens in every industry. Cars, toasters and HVAC systems. It happened to me! When it does happen, that’s when you can really sort the great companies from the not so great ones. Phoenix Air gave me a fair price and quality installation from the very start. But more importantly, they stood by their promise to take care of me. When my system started having trouble the first winter they didn’t drag me through a bunch of hoops to save themselves money. They changed out my unit with a better fit, never made excuses and never charged me a dime. I would give them 10 stars for their customer service! 20 stars for the peace of mind they gave and an invitation to Christmas Dinner because they treated us like family. If you are looking for a good company I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone more!
