Sawyer loves paws so much. We have done daycare, boarding (10 days while we went to Spain) we get baths done for him. We have done so much at paws and everything we’ve done there has been top notch. We have so much trust is everything they do. We are protective dog paw-rents and it’s nice to feel safe once we drop him off. He comes home tired from running around all day. Every employee loves our boy and we couldn’t recommend paws pet resort more! Thank you paws for everything!
We’ve been taking our dogs to Paws for about 15 years now and every single one of them has absolutely loved it. Even after all this time, the reaction is always the same: the moment we pull into the parking lot, they’re practically dragging us through the door they’re so excited to get inside. That alone says everything. The staff is incredible across the board, and Matt, the manager at the Lake Forest location, is truly fantastic. What really sets Paws apart is the rapport they build—not just with the dogs, but with us as owners too. When we pick up, they always share how the day went, what our dog did, who they played with—it actually feels like they know our dog, not just their name on a chart. The pool party days are amazing—the photos and videos they share are priceless, and our dogs always come home completely wiped out in the best possible way. Their grooming services are also consistently good and incredibly convenient, which makes everything easier. After we moved, we tried a different daycare closer to our house, and the difference was immediate—in a bad way. Instead of being excited, it became a struggle just to get our dog out of the car. That told us everything we needed to know. Now, we drive past two other doggy daycares just to keep coming to Paws. If you’re looking for a place that your dog will genuinely love and that you can trust long-term, this is it.
We love this place! Our dogs (French bulldog & English bulldog) have been coming here since they were puppies for both daycare and boarding when we go on vacation. Staff is great and take excellent care of our fur babies. They offer additional play opportunities like swimming which they love and if they don’t do great in group play they offer individual playtime and walks.
We love Paws! I drive 20 mins to lake forest just to have my dog stay here for boarding instead of other places (if they ever decide to add another location in Tustin/santa Ana I’d be thrilled!). Our dog prefers people time more than dog time so we get her the private room with personal play time. They send us pictures and an update every day and she has a cozy bed and plenty of snuggles, potty walks and treats to make her (and me) happy and comfy :) one of the biggest things for me is the friendly, caring staff. I have two little kids and they are consistently helpful and accommodating. And we’ve been there enough times now that they know me and my dog when I call. I highly recommend 💛 Oh also their groomer is amazing and has really good prices!! Again I just wish they were closer to me :)
Paws Pet Resort in Lake Forest is the only boarding facility I completely trust! My dog, Vista, is a rescue staffy-pit mix who prefers human friends over dog friends, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel safe and loved. As a single dog mom without much help when I travel for work or vacation, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in great hands. Vista even wags her tail with excitement every time we pull up! The team is friendly, communicative, and always attentive to her dietary needs. I can’t recommend them enough!
