So far my dog has had a wonderful experience at Paw sweet paw. The staff members love her and always treat her with love as if she were their own pet. I always get a text or call if they have any concerns on her health or behavior. It is a big plus that they are good on communication even if I am away for a few days. The lobby always smells nice and I always see staff cleaning the yards on the live cameras. She has so much fun and when she needs a break they read her body language and will advocate for her and separate her from playtime until she is ready. I would highly recommend them for boarding, day care and grooming !!
Michelle is really the BEST GROOMER in OC, I have been with her more than 4 years now. My dogs absolutely love her and she is so detail-oriented and always give me a fresh and good looking dogs. My dog gets hyper and excited sometime, but she is always so gentle and patient with him. Its so hard to find a groomer you trust and you know will be good to your dog, but she is the one! We are so lucky to find her!!
Our little Benji had a Sweet Groom with Jon. Jon made the experience amazing for all of us, including Benji. Benji was even outfitted with a cute little tie after the appt. We would highly recommend Jon for anyone looking for a high-quality groomer.
