Always went to the Los Alamitos location but this one is on my way home from work so decided to stop by. Always the best and definitely one of my comfort foods. Got to try the Chorizo Pasty which was great for breakfast on the go the next morning. My 9 year old loves the Beef Pasty and Wife likes the Chicken. Then there's dessert Cherry cheesecake was awesome and we also love the cherry pies. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

My wife’s family introduced me to pasties, a very basic but delicious hand held pot pie type food. This place makes great ones. Very reasonably priced and cheaper if you buy in bulk. The pastry is crispy and flakey, the gravy is smooth, and it hits the spot every time. I’m amazed that this food isn’t much more popular.

Came across this place after having Thai next-door. Definitely reminds me of a family owned mom and pop food store. The customer service was top-notch and the food definitely looked very appealing to the eyes. I had the beef mud pie and it was pretty good. Probably could use a little bit more salt/flavor, but the quality and size portion was excellent. Definitely recommend this place.

Pasty Kitchen's new location 5091 Ball Rd Cypress CA 90630, same parking lot as Joe Schmoes.
I got the corned beef and cabbage pasty, it's my favorite and unfortunately they didn't serve it all year. So wonderful! The beef pasty is fantastic too!
Stop on by this week (3/6/25) to try their corned beef and cabbage pasty!

The owner was very friendly and the associate who helped us was very nice! I went in with a larger group of friends and we all came out trying some samples out! The apple turnover looked great! I will definitely check this place out again. Parking can be somewhat limiting the way the stores and restaurants are arranged. That being said, you are able to go in and out relatively easily.
