Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
The butternut squash pasta was good and hot. Asked for the tomato basil sauce instead. Wish they had a text option for when your food is ready. The area was a bit crowded with people waiting for their orders.
You can find pasta here in all kinds of shapes and sizes. I really like that they don’t just have a display case, you can actually see the finished dishes, which makes it much easier to choose what you want. My pasta turned out very tasty and hot with a lot of meat. It was so delicious!
Tried the butternut squash ravioli and wasn’t disappointed! Delicate and wonderful filling and the buttery sage on top compliments the flavor beautifully. Pasta is perfectly cooked. Absolutely recommend and I look forward to my next visit.
Pastalia in San Juan Capistrano is an absolute gem! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, fresh mozzarella, and flavorful tomatoes and basil. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great prices for the portion sizes too. Definitely one of the best Italian spots in the area — I’ll be coming back regularly!
We just visited the new spot, and out of all the options, we decided to give this place a try. We had the chicken Alfredo and butternut squash—though I wish they had mushrooms instead of the squash. Still, the pasta was incredibly authentic and delicious! It's probably the best Alfredo I’ve had, especially with that little bit of red sauce. The owner was also really nice, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely go back!
