Highly recommend Dr. Pana! The entire team is so incredible and so helpful. Two of my children see Dr. Pana for orthodontics and I'm so happy he's our orthodontist. Very patient if you have a lot of questions (like I do) and so extremely knowledgable. The office is always so clean and Dr. Pana is very high-tech. The absolute best team!
Phase one went well with my daughter but we started having issues as soon as we started phase two. Maybe since we paid all upfront with phase one, they didn't give us problems but since we did a payment plan the second time, they were looking to make more money. I'm glad we didn't start my sons treatment!!! Three months into phase two, I was done. Apparently, my child, who already had braces once and didn't have 6 was breaking brackets every visit! We were super diligent about what she was eating especially since it's summer (definitely way more than anyone else who has kids with braces) but got yelled at in the waiting room because my kid was the one at fault and eating things that were too hard. One of her brackets got loose during her dental visit. My dentist said it was fine and she could glue it back on but sure enough, Dr. Pana said it was broken! After 5 broken brackets in 3 months ($75 per broken bracket after the initial 3 that are complimentary) we will not be going back and have found a new orthodontist. What a money grabbing sheme!!! No other orthodontist I have talked to charges for brackets and every parent I talked to said the same. Best part, after they were fired, they still charged my card for the next month. Let's see if they reverse the charge or I will have to dispute it. They also offer items in exchange for reviews!!!
Dr Pana has been an amazing orthodontist!! All of the staff are kind and helpful! All three of my kids got their braces here and we appreciate their office so much! Very clean, takes the time to talk about options and best treatments, really cares for their patients!!
Love Pana Orthodontics! Dr.Marc Pana took his time to throughly explain the process and timing for my 9yr old sons braces. His approach is so gentle and kind. Every time he is working on my sons mouth, he explains what he is doing. I can see that my son is at complete ease as he walks him through each step. I had even left an after hour message that was not an emergency and Dr. Pana called me just to explain the discomfort my son was feeling was normal. Fantastic!!!!
