Didn't fix my oil leak that they charged me for, bent my heat shield next to the transmission causing a bad buzzing sound, didn't burnish the brakes properly after replacing so they have been squealing since they were replaced, there is a bad clunk after they did the wheel bearing, and what finally made me write this review - they couldn't even be bothered to remove the old spark plug wires or route the new ones correctly. I noticed it when doing my oil change that a new spark plug wire was wrapped around the dipstick tube and saw the old wire still hanging in there. I wouldn't trust them to check my tire pressure.
It is very difficult to find a good mechanic that is up front and honest. I believe I have found him here.
Kevin is a straight shooter and a really good guy - I was rear ended and he did a full inspection of my vehicle free of charge to make sure I was safe to drive. Very fair pricing too. The cost of an oil change was significantly better than jiffy lube - Will be making him my go to guy. Thanks Kevin + Pacific Automotive!
The guy at front desk (Brian I think) needs a raise, he was handling a rush of customers like a pro. These guys were great, brought my Jeep in a day or two before Christmas with a big problem. They had it back to me the next week like nothing, even let me shop others stores after they quoted me, parts that had to be ordered and everything. Fair price for parts and labor, car came back with things fixed that I didn’t even know were broken. 10/10
I've been going to Pacific Auto for years now and they have never let us down.Kevin is a hard-working 1/2 owner of the company that is usually working underneath the car which is a bit surprising. And even though I'm prettier than he is, he's Fair and honest about everything he does with the repair. I can't recommend this place enough. I'd like to commend the new guy there named Brian who seems to have a lot of patience and understanding.
