I expected a pretty standard oil change experience and a quick turnaround. it took longer than they initially quoted but they finished it eventually. The waiting area is bare bones but clean enough at least you wont freeze. i think the price was fair for the actual work, nothing special or terrible about it overall.

Pacific automotive I believe is a fair place when getting your car repaired! They are always quick and get to the point. The pricing is fair in a day where others would take advantage. You also get a discount if you’re a AAA member. Definitely recommend and ask for Fernando when you arrive!

I brought my car and they charged me $1200 to fix an issue they found with my engine coolant. Not even a week later, the issue became 100x worse, so I had to bring it back and they charged me an additional $200 on top of what I already paid for the same issue. I truly don’t know if they even fixed anything the first time and I can’t confidently say the issue was even fixed this time around. No explanation was given as to how the issue they told me they originally fixed was 100x worse not even a week later.

I was on my way out of town and had a slight emergency when trying to put air in my tires. The cap of my tire broke off and my tire deflated. Kevin and his team helped me super quick and I was back on the road within 25 minutes of getting there. And the cherry on top was only being charged $20 for the service. Good people who worked really quickly!!!

Very solid establishment! They did a bunch of extra work at no additional charge to ensure my car got running again. Will return should my car ever have any future problems (hopefully not though 🤞)
